Holiday lodge for 2
Our luxury lodge is available all year round for couples or singles of course. It has been designed to cope with all the elements and provide practical areas for clothing and boots and also a luxury relaxing area to unwind in after a busy day. With floor to ceiling windows you can be sure of a great view of the Ocean or use the spotting scope to watch passing cruise liners.
The living area has a very comfortable sofa and reclining chair with large screen tv, blu ray player, ps4 and dvd's. Log effect cosy fire and gas central heating throughout.
The fully fitted kitchen with american style fridge/freezer and ice maker is equipped for all would be chefs.
After a busy day relax in the spa bath and the double shower. The bedroom has a King size bed and flat screen tv with lots of wardrobe space.
Towels, bedding's, bathrobes, toiletries and a welcome basket of goodies are there on your arrival.
The rear entrance houses an extra toilet, washing machine, dryer and iron and all cleaning materials needed.
'For romantics West Horizon is equally equipped for your stay. On special request we can add champagne and chocolates for a surprised loved one.'

North West Scotland is a great place to watch wildlife; unsurprisingly wildlife flourishes in this great wilderness and area. Plenty of opportunities to get out and about on land and sea - Take one of the many boat trips on offer in Ullapool for close encounters with seals, whales and dolphins or simply get out into the glens , Hills and forests to lakes, eagles, deer and more. Take a walk along the coastal path to Stoer lighthouse and hang out with whale watchers.

A truly wonderful stay. Thank you for being a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble . The lodge is to a very high standard. My husand and myself walked up to Old man stoer which is definitely worth a visit.

What more can I say about this wonderful place, the wonderful hosting, and this wonderful location?? It was absolutely the gem of our trip, I’m so glad we found this place. It was very comfortable, homey, the views from the accommodation were astonishing and we loved having this mini house for our trip. Our hosts recommended some wonderful sights to see, gave us info on what was nearby and everything else we needed to know! Even though it’s out on its own, that’s what it’s all about; the nature, the wandering highland cows and the crashing waves, just so freeing and relaxing! Thank you so much for having us and if you’re thinking of staying here - do it!! We would love to return if we ever come to the highlands again. Thanks!

Perfect in every way!The cottage was situated in one of the most beautiful areas that we have had the pleasure to visit; the landscape and scenery were tranquil making it hard for us to depart. The Cottage was quaint and quirky with a homely feel and we loved everything about it, especially the whirlpool bath :-) Achmelvich beach/bay are a stone throw away which was a lovely surprise. The hosts were conscientious and super helpful, promptly replying to any questions. We highly recommended this holiday cottage for anyone who wants to visit this area.Loved the property! we will be visiting again.

Gem of Balchladich
We went for for a 4 day getaway to chill and relax and that’s exactly what we did. A beautiful area. The chalet was warm and very relaxing, lovely walks to the beach. Overall a lovely little gem.

This house was one of the best places I have ever stayed at! It looks gorgeous on pictures, but in reality it’s even better.
This fairytale house is very warm, cosy and equipped with everything you might need and even more: fully equipped kitchen, huge tv with PlayStation and selection of movies, books, board games, fireplace, jacuzzi, comfortable bed… Everything is new and the house is very clean. I couldn’t ask for more. Staying there and enjoying the house was a great pleasure and adventure itself. Although the area is quite rich to explore. Everywhere you go you’ll find stunning views.
Owners were extremely welcoming and helpful! It was a great pleasure for me to stay at this wonderful place and get to know them!
