Direct bookings are always the cheaper option

There is sometimes a possibility of a 1 night stay, please ask.

Arrival and departure days are flexible, we do not expect you to arrive only on Friday or Saturdays as that is impractical for some people.

Jan/Feb minimum 1 nights @ £159 per night inclusive

March/April/May minimum of 2/3 nights @ £159  per night inclusive

June minimum of 4 nights @ £159 per night inclusive

July/August minimum of 6 nights @ £159 per night inclusive

Sept/October minimum of 2 nights @ £159 per night inclusive

November - December 17th minimum 1 night @ £159 per night inclusive

December 18th - Jan 5th minimum of 5 nights @ £159 per night inclusive

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The final payment is due no later than 7 days before arrival.

There is a damage deposit of £100 payable at the time of final payment which is refundable if no damage has arisen.
